CannaRoyalty Corp. d/b/a Origin House has obtained a final order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approving the plan of arrangement with Cresco Labs, pursuant to which, among other things, Cresco Labs intends to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Origin House. "Receipt of the final order will allow Origin House to complete the Arrangement upon satisfaction of the remaining closing conditions," the team with the company explains. "Origin House and Cresco Labs expect to close the Arrangement in the coming days."
