Monday 10 February, the board of Metazet FormFlex B.V., the Dutch parent company of FormFlex Canada Inc. has decided to continue the Canadian branch under Dutch management from now on.
By taking this decision, Metazet FormFlex B.V. is bidding farewell to the current Managing Director, Albert Pinto.
All Canadian activities will be continued by Operations Manager Dennis van Gaalen, with full support from the Netherlands. Dennis has been employed at Metazet FormFlex B.V. for nearly 25 years, and has been supporting the FormFlex Can. team in Kingsville for the past 18 months.
"By including the Canadian activities under Dutch management, we shall become even closer to our international clients and can deploy our Dutch expertise even more effectively and directly," according to CEO Peter Koot. "We look forward to a positive future with a new office in Kingsville and a sector that also continues to expand in Canada."
