Conviron Launches GroGuardian™

Preventative maintenance program for growth chambers & control systems launched

With the new and comprehensive preventative maintenance and service program GroGuardian™ the team with Conviron, known for their controlled environments and controls systems for plant growth, helps growers further. The program was launched this week.

"GroGuardian is suitable for you if your plant growth chambers, rooms or control systems are new or coming off warranty, or if you have been managing your maintenance on your own", they explain. The new service also offers growers and their facility with the benefits of customized care of all their controlled environments.

Since research programs conducted in plant growth chambers are on critical time lines and people are depending on the accuracy of the results, maximizing uptime is of grower's highest interest. Another target group are the growers of high-value crops, that need a responsive and reliable service partner for their facility. These are only examples of the growers that can benefit of the customized GroGuardian program. 

The preventative maintenance & service program includes a 120+ point inspection of Conviron chambers and taking care of critical systems such as controls, refrigeration, humidity and lighting. "We have factory-certified technicians expertly trained in the equipment and provide local resources supported by centralized teams", the team with Conviron explains. "This way we can assure advanced trouble-shooting."

The schedule of the program can be quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, with the visits depending on the needs of the growers. Also there are multi-year contract options. "In addition we offer optional service levels, frequency and response times with RapidReply™ and RapidDeploy™, offer service seminars and customized on-site training and can assist with the fleet audit and upgrade planning. Then there are the extended warranty options and critical OEM parts as point of focus", they sum up.
