Benchmark Botanics has announced that Mr. James Moore has resigned from its Board of Directors. The Board has accepted Mr. Moore's resignation and wishes to thank Mr. Moore for his service and dedication to the Company.
Mr. Dorin, Chairman, said, "The Board is grateful for the valuable contributions that Mr. Moore has made to the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours."
