Mike Cosic has been appointed as Benchmark Botanics' CEO.
Mr. Cosic was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Meta Growth Corp. "He has a proven track record of delivering significant shareholder value, particularly through creating industry-leading companies via mergers & acquisitions," the Benchmark team explains.
Terry Wang, the Company's Interim CEO, will continue to serve on the Company's board of directors.
