Cultivate'23 is just around the corner. On Saturday, the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio, will open its doors again. At first for the educational sessions and workshops on July 15 and on July 16 for the tradeshow that will run till Tuesday, July 18. So what to expect from this edition? 650+ exhibitors
Hosted by AmericanHort, more than 650 exhibitors will be presenting their products and services during Cultivate, and the event is known to attract more than 10,000 industry professionals and visitors from all 50 states and over 30 countries.

With 650+ exhibitors, there will be a lot to see on the show floor. Over the last weeks, we already shared articles about what several companies will present or highlight at their booth. See below an overview:
Two new gear motor models
Apart from gear motors and manual gearboxes, Viale Sistemi is well known for its rack and pinion system (due to its high-quality materials and the wide range of thicknesses in the racks), which are widely used in the US and Canada for side-hinged windows in greenhouses. "We have recently launched two new gear motor models for operating windows and screens in greenhouses: the PRP series and the VA32 series. These two new series of products come to expand our wide range of geared motors, following the new standards of current agriculture", the team shares.
Viale's three-phase and single-phase electric motors have obtained UL (USA) and CSA (Canada) certifications.

DryGair's DG-12 and DG-X
DryGair will be presenting their solution for humidity control and energy savings. The company will be showcasing their flagship dehumidifier, the DG-12, as well as their compact indoor model, the DG-X. The DryGair solution will also be presented at Cultivate Live. "The presentation will include effective humidity and climate control, innovative air circulation, climate uniformity, and of course, energy savings," says Ziv. Click here to read more about it.

Jiffy Pot at Jiffy
At the Jiffy booth ( #1451), the product in the spotlight is the Jiffy Pot, a product Jiffy has been making for over half a century already. "The pots are perfect for early propagation to finished production of many varieties of annuals and perennials. They are 100% plastic-free, can be composted at home, and come in a wide range of formats, designs, and matching trays," says Kent Carrell, Jiffy's North America Sales Manager. New Products Zone
Next to the exhibition area, there will also be a New Products Zone where new and innovative items will be presented."From new hard goods to products, new technologies to equipment, this is your one-stop shop to see the latest and greatest in improvements and innovations," the organization AmericanHort says.

New Varieties Zone
There will also be an area dedicated to the new varieties, named the New Varieties zone, where hundreds of plant varieties will make their debut. "Thousands of growers, retailers, and landscapers attend Cultivate just to get a peek at the newest varieties coming down the pipeline.

Terra Nova Nurseries
Terra Nova Nurseries has released a list of plant introductions that will be on display at the company's Cultivate 2023 exhibit booth (# 1121, 1321, NV62, NV64), along with the release of a brand-new print and online catalog supplement.
The new varieties debuting at Cultivate 2023 are from a select range of genera, including bergenia, geum, heuchera, penstemon, rudbeckia, scabiosa, and sedum. Terra Nova selected these plants as introductions for the coming year in recognition of their superior improvements over prior cultivars as well as their performance-focused, best-of-breeding traits.
