Fairway Green Cannabis and Acniti to collaborate on nanobubble technologies for North American market

Fairway Green Cannabis are now the North American exclusive distributor for Osaka, Japan based Acniti LLC agricultural nanobubble technologies.

“Following our acquisition of Nanobubble Control Systems, partnering with Acniti as their North American distributor for agricultural nanobubble systems made perfect sense for the business,” explained Michael Inskip, the Chief Executive Officer of Fairway Green Cannabis.

“Our technology team was really excited by the product development opportunities that John Fielding was able to bring to Fairway Green Cannabis. Partnering with Acniti to develop our products and to further develop the market in North America for nanobubble technology is a great opportunity for both of us. With our expertise in vertical farming and cultivation combined with our artificial intelligence, machine learning and nanobubble technologies supported by Acniti, our company can offer custom designed solutions to meet the needs of the cannabis and the Ag-Tech industry.”

“Acniti has a solid reputation for developing nanotechnology solutions to integrate gasses in water,” explained John Fielding the former CEO of Nanobubble Control Systems and now Director of Nanobubble Technology for Fairway Green Cannabis. “Nanobubble technologies are beginning to play a pivotal role in the Cannabis and Ag-Tech space and the partnership with Acniti is going to enable us to offer highly differentiated solutions.”

“Having Fairway Green Cannabis as our strategic North American distributor for agricultural technologies is key for our global growth plans,” explains Paul Pepping, Manager of Acniti LCC. “After adding our distributor for the Netherlands earlier this year, it will be another opportunity to be represented in a large agricultural market. We look forward to all the things to come and will keep developing based on feedback from Fairway Green Cannabis` customers in the field.”
Osaka, Japan based Acniti LLC, specializes in developing and producing nanobubble technology systems. Acniti’s nanobubble technology has the ability to efficiently change the properties of water and liquids by dissolving gases to enhance biological processes, enabling innovation in a wide range of applications.

In June, Fairway Green Cannabis announced the acquisition of the assets of Nordik Leaf. In July, then acquired EcoGreen Crops for their artificial intelligence technologies and in August then acquired the Ag-Tech business from Nanobubble Control Systems. Fairway Green Cannabis is actively looking to acquire additional cannabis companies with Research and Development operations, product ideas or a Health Canada license to cultivate.
