Adastra has announced that Paul Morgan has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company effective as of April 28, 2026. The Company thanks Mr. Morgan for his service as a member of the board of directors. The remaining director is in the process of identifying candidates to fill the vacancies and will provide an update once available.
