Van der Hoeven and KUBO settle over semi-closed greenhouse patents

Van der Hoeven Horticultural Projects, Casey Houweling and KUBO have reached a settlement agreement on the semi-closed greenhouse patents. The companies agree that this is in the best interest of all parties, as well as the greenhouse industry in general. Details of the agreement will remain confidential and between the companies.
