Fine Fettle, one of Georgia's licensed medical cannabis providers, opens its new facility in Macon.
The facility, located at 700 Joe Tamplin Industrial Blvd., offers relief to those who suffer with pain and in need of medical cannabis products.
Retired Sergeant Gary Herber, a veteran of the United States Army who served in the 10th Mountain Division in Afghanistan for over 4 years, emphasized the importance of the new treatment option.
"To the veteran community. If you're out there and you're hurting, there are options. There are more and more options becoming available on a daily basis and never lose hope," said Sergeant Herber, who experienced chronic pain and neurological problems due to injuries sustained in combat.
